Cookie Policy
This policy explains how indovita.id uses cookies and similar technologies, what each category does, and how you can control them through your browser. It should be read together with the privacy policy, which covers personal data more broadly.
Where this fits
- Cookies used to keep the site secure and working
- Aggregate reading figures that guide our editorial coverage
- Browser controls you can use at any time

What Cookies Are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. It allows the site to recognize your browser on a later visit and to remember settings or measure how pages are used. Cookies do not run programs on your device, and they cannot read other files stored on it.
Most browsers accept them automatically. That default is convenient, but it also means the choice about which files sit on your device usually goes unmarked unless you open your browser settings and look. Knowing the three categories below is enough to make that choice deliberately when you're reading about natural supplements for men or comparing vitamins and minerals for men.
Cookies on this site fall into three groups: strictly necessary, analytics, and third-party. The sections below take them one at a time, so you can decide what to keep and what to clear without guessing at what each file does.
Strictly Necessary Cookies
The smallest group, and the one the site cannot run without.
These cookies support basic site functions, such as remembering a form submission state or maintaining security during a session. They are required for the site to work correctly. Blocking them in your browser may cause parts of the site to behave unexpectedly, particularly the contact form.
They do not track what you read elsewhere, and they are not used to build a profile of your interests. Their only job is to hold the current session together: recognizing that the browser asking for a page is the same browser that started the visit a moment ago, and remembering a half-finished form so a refresh does not wipe it.
What they do
- Keep a secure session while you move between pages
- Remember a form state if a page reloads
- Support the site's basic security checks
Read in reports
Page-level counts, never a profile
When we open the analytics reports, we see numbers per page and per day. We do not open a folder on an individual reader, because none exists for us to open.
Analytics Cookies
Analytics cookies help us understand which pages are read and how visitors move through the site. The information is used in aggregate to plan editorial coverage and to identify pages that need updating. These cookies do not identify you personally in the reports we review.
In practice, this is how we learn which comparison pages or guides are being returned to, and which ones have gone stale and need a fresh look. If a page about energy and endurance supplements is read far more than expected while another sits quiet, that pattern is the signal we act on. It shapes what we write next, and it is one of the few reasons we keep analytics switched on at all.
The reports we review are counts and trends, not names or contact details. If you would rather not take part at all, the next section explains how to remove these cookies in your browser settings.
Managing Cookies in Your Browser
Every major browser lets you view stored cookies, delete them, and block them by category or by site. The settings are usually found under a privacy or security section of the browser menu. Blocking all cookies will affect this site and most others, so a common approach is to allow necessary cookies and block the rest.
Clearing cookies signs you out of sites you had signed into, and it can reset preferences you set on pages about vitamins for men that you read often. If a saved view disappears after you clear, that is the expected cost of deleting stored files, and nothing has gone wrong.
Third-Party Cookies
Some features may rely on third-party services that set their own cookies, for example an embedded form or an analytics provider. Those cookies are governed by the respective provider's policies rather than ours. Where a third-party service is used, we aim to keep it limited to what the site actually needs.
If a service is added later to improve how pages load or how a form behaves, this policy is the place we say so. Until it is listed here, treat anything not covered above as absent from the site.
What we keep to
- A third party is added only when a feature needs it
- Any provider's own policy, not ours, applies to their files
- We write it into this page when the set of services changes
Questions about a specific provider can be sent to us and we will point to the right policy.
Keeping this current
We may update this policy if the cookies used on the site change. The current version is published here.
